Prepaid-Only Policy

To maintain efficient processing, minimize transit delays, and ensure immediate custom production, our store operates on a strictly prepaid-only model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be fully paid for at the time of checkout.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept a wide variety of secure, domestic digital payment options through our integrated payment gateways, including:

- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

- Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)

- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)

- Authorized Digital Wallets

Payment Security & Processing

All transactions are encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your raw card details, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

Order Verification & Validation

An order is only considered valid and moved into our automated print production queue once a "Successful Payment" confirmation is received from our gateway.

- If your payment is deducted from your bank account but your order status shows "Failed" or "Pending" on our storefront, it is usually a gateway timeout error.

- In such cases, the amount is safely held by your banking partner and will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within  8 to 10 business days.

Fraud Protection & Cancellation

We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any transaction that exhibits patterns of fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment instruments. If an order is canceled by us due to payment security concerns, a full refund will be processed back to the legitimate cardholder or bank account.
