Order Processing & Production

Every single item on our store is custom-made to order just for you. Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for manufacturing and quality checks before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Delivery Timelines

We ship all across India. Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, transit times generally vary by region:

- Metro Cities: 4 to 6 business days

- Rest of India: 6 to 8 business days

- North-East & Remote Regions: 8 to 10 business days

Please note: Total turnaround time from the moment you place your order to delivery at your doorstep is typically 5 to 10 working days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partners, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to you. You can monitor your shipment live using that link.

Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

Please double-check your shipping address and active phone number at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, a standard re-shipping fee will be charged to dispatch the order a second time.
